My husband has been drinking 1 a day for about 3 weeks. First off I want to say that he has struggled with crippling anxiety for a very long time. I didn't care for the flavor (too sweet, candy-like). I can only drink it diluted quite a bit. I also didn't feel any of the "benefits"
Ive been taking Magic mind for 2 weeks now and have noticed happy energy! I love this product. it doesnt make you jittery, but gives you subtle energy
I've found magic mind to be a good alternative to that second cup of coffee....particularly a bit later in the day as I know it helps with energy and focus without the fear of keeping me up all night.
