When will my order ship?
Our orders typically ship in 1-2 business days and are in transit for 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it's on the way.

You should receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please send an email to hello@magicmind.com describing your issue.

We don’t currently offer gift cards at this time but may in the future. Please check back periodically for updates!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $200 in the contiguous United States.
There is a $10 shipping fee for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally except to the following countries due to beverage import laws:
- Mexico
- India
- Spain
- Portugal
- UAE
- Israel

Do you offer expedited shipping?
For an additional $25, you can select express shipping at checkout.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship with multiple carriers, depending on where you’re located, including USPS and UPS for domestic orders.

Where is my order?
Orders generally ship 1-2 business days after the order has been placed at which time you should receive a shipping notification email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification email within 3 business days of placing your order please reach out to us at hello@magicmind.com.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?
Yes, we absolutely do ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. International addresses require a physical address.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to physical residential addresses.

My package never arrived - what do I do?
If your package never arrived, we ask that you wait an additional 2 business days from the delivery date to ensure the package doesn’t arrive. Many times, the carrier will deliver the package next day! If after 2 business days you haven’t received the package, please reach out to hello@magicmind.com with your order number and description of your issue and we’ll help you out!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We're happy to offer a money-back guarantee to all first-time purchasers if you’re unhappy with your order.
Returns aren’t necessary for refunds, and we won’t accept returned product for food safety reasons.
We cannot issue refunds for recurring orders, so if you know you don't want to continue with a subscription, you'll want to cancel that prior to your next order being processed.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear back on your original method of payment. If you don’t see your refund after 7 business days from receiving your refund confirmation email, please reach out to us at hello@magicmind.com and we’ll help you out!
