Ingredients

For the Smoothie (1 serving):

• 1/2 cup coconut water (approx. 4 oz)
• 1 bottle Magic Mind Original Mental Performance Shot
• 1 tsp fresh ginger
• 1/4 tsp liquid chlorophyll (available online or at any health food store)
• 1 tsp of your favorite creatine powder (available online or at any health food store)
• 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped (~8 oz)
• 1/2 cup ice (~4 oz)
• 1/2 oz filtered water (~4 oz)

For the Pineapple Compote Base (1 serving):

• ½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
• 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp coconut milk
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tsp maple syrup
  

Instructions

1. First blend the pineapple compote base by blending coconut milk, pineapple, lemon juice, and maple syrup until smooth. 
2. Add the pineapple compote base to the bottom of your glass.
3. Give your blender a quick rinse, then combine the Magic Mind Original shot, coconut water, ginger, chlorophyll, creatine, pineapple, ice, and filtered water and blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the smoothie over the compote base, stir gently if desired, and enjoy immediately.
