Yes. At 0.5mg, Magic Mind Sleep uses one of the lowest doses available in any sleep supplement. At this level, it's well-studied and considered safe for nightly use. Every ingredient in Magic Mind Sleep, including the Melatonin, has been clinically tested for efficacy.

If you have specific health concerns or take other medications, we always recommend checking with your doctor.

No. Morning grogginess is a real side effect associated with high-dose melatonin, typically the 3-10mg range found in most sleep gummies and supplements. Magic Mind Sleep contains just 0.5mg, a precise microdose. At this level, you get the sleep-onset support without the heavy, sluggish feeling the next morning.

The goal of the formula has always been to help you wake up refreshed, and this dose was chosen with that specifically in mind.

No. Because Magic Mind Sleep contains just 0.5mg of Melatonin, a precise microdose, you get the sleep-onset support without the loopy feeling that can come from staying awake on a higher dose.

Magic Mind Sleep contains 0.5mg of Melatonin. That's significantly lower than the 3-10mg found in most sleep supplements. We chose this dose because research shows it's enough to support sleep onset without causing morning grogginess or dependency.

Research from MIT published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (Zhdanova et al., 2001) found that a low physiological dose of approximately 0.3mg restored sleep efficiency in older adults, while a 3mg dose pushed plasma melatonin to roughly 10 times the normal nocturnal range. More isn't better. It's just more.

And unlike most sleep products, which use synthetic melatonin, ours is plant-based.

Magic Mind Sleep is made with seven clinically backed ingredients, each chosen for a specific role across the full arc of your night:

• Calming botanicals like Lavender, Chamomile, and Lemon Balm.
• Microdosed Plant-Based Melatonin for falling asleep faster.
• Sleep-support blend featuring Ashwagandha, L-Theanine and Magnesium Glycinate.

All active ingredients are nanoencapsulated for 5x better absorption than traditional pills and powders.

At this time, we don’t offer a plastic-free version of our formulas. However, all Magic Mind formulas, including Magic Mind Sleep, are third-party tested and certified safe from plastic chemicals. Rest assured, you will not find BPA or PFAs in our formulas.

Take Magic Mind Sleep about 30 minutes before bed. Simply drink the 2oz shot as part of your nightly wind-down routine, and let the clinically backed, sleep-supporting ingredients go to work while you rest.

Many people notice they fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed from their very first night. However, like most wellness routines, the benefits of Magic Mind Sleep build and compound with consistent daily use — so we recommend giving it at least 7-10 days to experience the full effect.

We stand behind Magic Mind Sleep with a 100-day money-back guarantee, so you can try it completely risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your results, simply reach out to our team within 100 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
