I have been using the product for about 2 weeks now and I can tell a noticeable difference in my focus and alertness. I drink it every morning with my coffee. I signed up for the subscription option about 4 days after starting to take it.
To be straightforward I don’t notice any cognitive improvement but I’m not hungry in the mornings anymore so I like it.
