I didn't care for the flavor (too sweet, candy-like). I can only drink it diluted quite a bit. I also didn't feel any of the "benefits"

I've found magic mind to be a good alternative to that second cup of coffee....particularly a bit later in the day as I know it helps with energy and focus without the fear of keeping me up all night.

They have an inoffensive, fruity flavor. Haven't experienced much of a noticeable effect from eating them, but that's because I'm taking one at a time instead of the recommended two per "serving"
